Satisfaction Guarantee & Refund Window

  • Customers may request a refund within 30 calendar days of purchase in cases of genuine technical issues, failure to receive the product, or incorrect delivery.
  • To be eligible, issues must be documented (e.g., screenshots, error messages) to help our team resolve the problem effectively.
 

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after delivery or full usage of services.
  • Auto-renewal charges once processed.
  • Subscriptions renewed for upcoming billing cycles.

 

Cancellation of Subscription & Services

  • Subscriptions can be canceled anytime through account settings or by contacting our support team.
  • Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for auto-renewals.
  • After cancellation, access to services will continue until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for unused time.

 

Return of Physical Products (If Applicable)

  • Unused physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in original packaging, unused, and include all accessories.
  • Customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our support team before sending back any product.

 

Processing & Timing of Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
  • Processing timelines depend on the customer’s bank or payment provider and typically take 7 to 30 business days.

 

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request:

  • Contact our support team with order or subscription details and issue documentation.
  • Submit the request within the 30-day eligibility window. Our team will review the request and respond promptly.

 

Platform-Specific Purchases

If a purchase was made through third-party platforms (such as mobile app stores), the refund and cancellation policies of those platforms will apply. Customers may be required to request refunds directly through them.

 

Policy Updates

This policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted with a revised Effective Date. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
